Immediate Implementation: Any amendments will be enforced immediately upon receiving proper legal or administrative orders from the required authorities. There will be no grace periods for compliance.

Implied Consent via Usage: Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.

ARTICLE III: CYBERSECURITY, DEVELOPER LIABILITY & CRYPTOGRAPHY

Anti-Ragging Cell (UGC & IPC Jurisdiction): Vidyamandira maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. The Anti-Ragging Cell has the absolute authority to investigate, suspend, and expel any student found guilty of physical, mental, or digital harassment, and to initiate immediate legal proceedings under UGC guidelines and Indian Penal Law.

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC): Dedicated to the continuous improvement of academic and administrative performance. The IQAC monitors institutional processes, ensures compliance with national accreditation standards, and mandates periodic reviews of both faculty and student performance. Non-compliance with IQAC mandates is a violation of institutional terms.

Grievance Redressal Mechanisms: Dedicated committees exist for student welfare, SC/ST/OBC empowerment, and internal complaints. Digital submissions through rkmvmfamily.in to these cells are treated with strict confidentiality.

ARTICLE VII: USER LIABILITY & BREACH OF CONTRACT

By generating an account, the user enters into a fiduciary duty with the institution.

Credential Liability: Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal accounts. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is a severe breach of institutional discipline and will result in immediate account termination.

Fraud & Falsification: All personnel must ensure that the information submitted via the portal is accurate, authentic, and updated. Falsifying digital records is grounds for immediate expulsion or termination.

ARTICLE VIII: JURISDICTIONAL MATRIX (POWERS & LEGAL RECOURSE)

The governing body of the institution possesses unilateral rights to enforce discipline, subject only to statutory and constitutional limits.
